Dolphins TE Mike Gesicki caught on open mic throwing shade at Phins for lack of usage
I recently was on PrizePicks making some selections thinking I would have fun with the free 25 dollars they gave me to sign up, and I chose Mike Gesicki getting two receptions because I just could not understand how a player that is getting paid 10,931,000 this year a fully guaranteed deal would not haul in two balls.
Well, let’s just say I ended up winning 80 dollars instead of 1000, because Gesicki had one. I am not the only one frustrated he is not getting the ball. Gesicki himself is obviously frustrated. He was talking to Buffalo Bills Dawson Knox who was mic’d up and what was said maybe should not have been said.
Gesicki tells Knox he is happy he got paid, and he is happy he is ballin. The next part though he says I am happy they are F’ing using you.
I do not blame Gesicki at all, he has 41 snaps in the past 3 games. Think about that, because that is damn near 11 million guaranteed wasted. In 2022, Gesicki has 25 receptions for 274 yards and four touchdowns. He could have 1000 yards every year. He is one of the best tight ends in the league, period.
