Eagles QB Gardner Minshew could be starting for an injured Jalen Hurts the rest of the year
The Philadelphia can clinch the NFC East Division Title and the number 1 seed in the NFC Playoffs to earn a bye if they can beat the Dallas Cowboys this week.
Well, the Eagles may have to do that with back-up quarterback Gardner Minshew leading the way.
The Eagles traded for Gardner Minshew in the summer of 2021, and while Jalen Hurts is having an MVP like season, he suffered a shoulder injury on Sunday’s win over the bears. The shoulder sprain could cause him to miss the final three games of the year.
Eagles lead the Cowboys (10-4) by three games with three games remaining. All it would take is one more Eagles victory or one more Cowboys loss for the Eagles to clinch.
