National Women’s Organization is calling for the NFL to ban Jon Gruden from ever coaching again
Former Raiders coach Jon Gruden would love to coach again after being fired by the Las Vegas Raiders, but one of the largest Women’s Organizations in the world is calling for the NFL to ban the former coach from returning.
According to NOW, National Organization for Women, they want the NFL to step up and ban him from coaching again, after finding out what Gruden wrote in an email, saying he used racist, homophobic and misogynistic language.
“Jon Gruden should not be reinstated by the NFL,” NOW officials tell us. “If hired back, this once again proves the NFL values misogyny, homophobia and racism.”
Gruden has apologized over and over for his emails that were leaked. The emails were from 2011 to 2018 and made public.
Gruden has admitted the emails were shameful, and said he has made mistakes and feels we all have, and I have to agree with him.
“I’ve made mistakes,” the 59-year-old said, “but I don’t think anybody in here hasn’t, and I just ask for forgiveness, and hopefully, I get another shot.”
With the way the world is today, I doubt Gruden will get another shot. We will see how the NFL handles this situation if it comes up!
