Top 2023 NFL Draft Prospect Chris Rodriguez arrested for DUI in Kentucky
Chris Rodriguez is one of the best running backs in the country. The star runner from the University of Kentucky was arrested early Sunday morning in Kentucky.
According to Lexington 18 news, Rodriguez was pulled over by police on Nicholasville Road around 3:15 a.m. Sunday for not having the tail lights turned on his vehicle.
Police said making contact with Rodriguez he smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and his eyes were red. The star running back admitted to having a couple shots of alcohol and was arrested.
Rodriguez faces three charges of driving with no tail lamps, careless driving, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, according to the citation.
Decisions like this obviously hurt a prospect. Mistakes happen, but if you have had a drink or two, please just call an Uber. One bad decision could cost another person their life.
