Cowboys are expected to release star wide receiver Amari Cooper
The Dallas Cowboys must have seen enough at the NFL Scouting Combine. This is the fastest wide receiver class ever in the NFL Draft era, and Jerry Jones is already making moves to find a new wide out.
According to Adam Schefter, Amari Cooper is the odd man out in Dallas. The Cowboys star wide receiver is due 20 million dollars fully guaranteed on the fifth day of the new league year, which is March 20th.
The 27-year-old wide out from Miami, Florida will hit the market again. He was drafted fourth overall in the 2015 NFL Draft. Last season he finished with 68 receptions and 865 yards and scored 8 touchdowns. That was his best year when it comes to touchdowns. The Cowboys will be losing a lot of production. They will need to find a replacement and they should be able to do so in this loaded draft class.
