What makes you a top prospect at your position  in the 2022 NFL Draft

I believe what makes me a top prospect is my versatility, I can play anywhere in the backfield or LB position and always be around the ball.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

7 when I started play flag football, I seen randy moss play and started using him in NFL 2k2

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

My resiliency. Time and time again throughout my life I faced adversity, that if the average person was in my shoes, they wouldn’t be able to overcome what I had to endure.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

If I could donate to one cause, it would be to a charitable organization that dealt with inner city kids family meals, and Christmas, clothes give away.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Opportunity doesn’t go away, it goes to the next person (Bobby Rome) and Never take advice from someone you would trade places with.

Who was your childhood hero?

My mom. With her being a single mother of 3, whenever we were down to our last, I’ve always seen her put her best foot forward to make something out of nothing. Always sacrificed a lot to make sure we had what we need to make sure we didn’t go without.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

Juwan Jones, that man different he would tear us up in scout teams whenever he got the ball in his hands or got an opportunity. He got that crackhead speed

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Smacking while eating food, I honestly hate it like my guy you don’t have to chew with your mouth open lol

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

My hardest moment I had to overcome was dealing with my mom — my best friend dying in a car accident heading into fall camp of my senior season and taking guardianship over my baby brother. It was an emotional roller coaster knowing how big of a year this was for us as a family. She died a week before my graduation party that she was ecstatic to plan for. Having that traumatic experience with getting that call at 3 am and seeing her body on the scene on the freeway, preparing for a new season and still producing is by far the hardest I’ve had to deal with by far and I couldn’t have gone through with it without God.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

My university is an HBCU it’s special to me because its small school college that has players that perform at top tier division colleges that we all strived to play for growing up. Also, it brings me closer in touch with the culture black colleges offer.

What is your favorite snack food?

Pizza rolls dawg, sausage and cheese pizza rolls

What is the best part of football?

The unity that brings everybody together to watch us compete for something we all love to our best abilities. The rivalries, the passion, the competitiveness to be a dawg

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

My family’s depending on me and I’ll be selfless enough to make sure I keep the family fed

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Budda Baker, dude is just always around the ball and everywhere on the field. Real life savage

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

  1. First would be my mom if she was still here, every time we go out to eat it was a vibe, literally was my best friend and easy to talk to about anything always put a smile on my face.
  2. My Dawg Reg, he’s been locked up ever since I’ve known him and to see him eat some good home cooked meals or out would put a smile on my face
  3. Bernie Mac dude is just unintentionally funny
