The lawyers for Henry Ruggs III blame the Fire Department for Tina Tintor and her dog’s death

Henry Ruggs III
Henry Ruggs III is facing 50 years in prison for two felonies after a DUI accident that killed a 23 year old female.

You cannot make this stuff up. When someone does something wrong, we are told to take responsibility at a very young age. Well, that is not happening in the Henry Ruggs III case.

David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, attorneys representing the former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver are now blaming the fire department for the death of Tina Tintor, not their client.

The two attornies believe the fire could have been extinguised quickly if the fire department would have moved faster.

“Through investigation conducted by the defense, namely the discovery of a percipient witness, it has been revealed that the Clark County Fire Department was in a position to extinguish the vehicle fire while it was in its infancy stages and failed to do,” court documents said.

According to court documents, Ruggs’ lawyers claim “firemen did not attempt to extinguish the fire… for approximately 20 minutes at which time the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames.”

Ruggs’ attorneys have also filed a motion to procure all Clark County Fire Department communications related to the crash.
