Should we be concerned about CeeDee Lamb failing the concussion protocol?
Mike McCarthy was optimistic that CeeDee Lamb would play yesterday for the Cowboys, but that did not happen.
Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported on Sunday morning that Lamb would miss the week 12 match-up with the Raiders after he failed to clear the concussion protocol.
There are multiple tests to clear the concussion protocol and Lamb did not pass the test. That should be a bit concerning. Last week against the Chiefs, Lamb suffered a concussion on the last play of the first half. The team was very optimistic being he had a week to clear the protocol.
Many players pass through it with no problem.
After the game, McCarthy said “He did not make it all the way through”, which seems concerning to me.
Lamb leads all Cowboys wide receivers in receptions with 50, receiving yards with 740 and touchdowns with 6. Lamb is still going to have to clear a neurologist test before he can play next week against the Saints.
Will he be able to pass the tests? If not then what…..
