Patrick Chung the former New England Patriots star football player was arrested on Monday night for domestic violence.
The accuser in a domestic violence case is claiming that former New England Patriots player Patrick Chung pushed her to the ground, slapped her, and broke her cellphone in an altercation outside her home.
According to The Patriot Ledger, Chung was arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Quincy District Court on one count of assault and battery on a family or household member and one charge of vandalizing property. He was released on his personal recognizance and would have to pay the court $10,000 if he fails to appear at future hearings.
The woman claims Chung pushed her to the ground, slapped her across the face then threw her cellphone, breaking it.
Chung’s fiancée and parents were at the hearing and left together after the arraignment.
