No Aaron Rodgers.
What is absolute horses— is how you spent the entire off-season hurting your team’s chances.
I am sorry your ego can not handle people criticizing your blatant, intentional and obscene level of selfishness where you put yourself and your ambitions over the Green Bay Packers, as the team’s leader.
I used to respect you a lot. I thought you used to be a hell of a quarterback. Every time I turned on my television, you were dissecting defenses like a surgeon. I was a fan of yours like so many others. I do not know what happened or where on your timeline that all changed, but it changed. I have never seen you talk or act like this before.
You may have a bigger platform than me to speak from at this present moment, but trust me I have a big enough platform that will be able to counter-balance your whiny narrative and response to some extent.
It is good to know however that this is getting to you – – to the point you are reacting. I also know why it is getting to you, because there is truth to it.
Notice I did not even phrase that in a form of a question?
Now as to your quote…
We can all see your mental state of being every time you open your mouth (and it has not been good the past 9 months). All anyone has to do is Google your name to see that.
Your focus – that is obvious too. You tried to get the football world to discredit the evaluating skills of team general manager (GM) Brian Gutekunst and side with your evaluating skills (or lack of) instead. You also tried to trump the chain of command in Green Bay. You are the quarterback Aaron, not the assistant GM. You are not a scouting director and the last time I checked you did not have “scout” next to your name either. In no shape, form or matter have you invited into personnel discussions by Packers’ management and just because you have managed to win one Super Bowl does not somehow entitle you (regardless even if you feel it does). Your focus has been to undermine the stability of the Packers’ organization and even to discourage free agents from signing in Green Bay, that could have made the team even better because you were hurt the team drafting your replacement. We get it Aaron. We get your focus loud and clear. It is clearly documented by the most regarded and respected sports news outlets in America. We get it.
Your work habits – you did not even show up to mini-camp. Enough said.
Aaron buddy – I have a platform because I do know. I was hired by a Hall of Fame coach and interned with another. I do know Aaron…and I am using my platform that God has given me, to balance your unbalanced narrative.
You just play and show us all you can actually complete those “pass attempts” to wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
