Terrell Bell the standout freshman football player on the Ruskin High School varsity football team was shot and killed earlier this week.

According to police reports, Terrell was at the park when he was shot and killed.

His dream was to play for an HBCU football and eventually play pro football. He was a church going kid, and his head coach at Ruskin High William Perkins said he had “great potential”.

This year he was slated to start at linebacker in the fall. A juvenile has been arrested according to police, but they would not release his name or information based on being a juvenile.

Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. May God Bless his Mother Janae Drake and the rest of his family and friends.
