  1. What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Well honestly it was my dad as soon as I was born he gave me a little football helmet and I was watching football all the time and I ran around emulating players that’s where my love for the game came from.

2. What sets you apart from other tight ends?

With my ability to play any field position I can play slot or outside and even though my strength is running routes I’m also a willing blocker.

3. What is your mindset when you are on the football field?

To dominate my opponent every play.

4. If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Shannon Sharpe, just because that’s who is closest to how my game emulates and I would like to talk to him and see how his mind approaches.

5. What is your favorite workout?

Bench press 

6. What are your favorite things about playing football for Tennessee-Martin?

Well one is how close we are as a team and also a lot of people come around saying it’s a small town and there’s nothing to do but I see it as a positive because all there is to do is focus on football and school.

7. What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I like to bring positive energy on the football field to my teammates and no matter what adversity we are facing.

8. What is a skill that you have that you think translates into the NFL well?

The ability to quickly learn plays and find open spots on the field.

9. What has been your biggest challenge in life?

It would be overcoming the death of my grandmother.

10. What would a team get in a player like you?

A player who is dedicated and shows up to work everyday.

11. What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

Effort, effort can apply to lots of things if you apply it as hard as you can you are going to be successful.

12. What are your biggest traits on the football field?

Speed and football IQ.
