NFLHeads’ Week 14 Picks, Steelers have trouble on Sunday Night?

Steelers Bills screwed by NFL
Week 14’s game of the week is between the Steelers and the Bills, and NFL Heads pick a wild ending. Check out who they have winning?

By: NFLHeads

Patriots 26 – Rams 20

The Rams are clearly the better team in this scenario, but I think Bellichick is finally starting to figure out this team, and he can have Cam Newton pass for 52 yards and interception to barely beat the Rams. This will also probably expose the Rams’ inability to close out easy games.

Titans 34 – Jaguars 6

Easily the most one sided game on the schedule, the Jaguars will lay down and let the Titans walk over them. Derrick Henry will probably be especially good coming off a bad week against the Browns, the Jaguars have no chance.

Buccaneers 27 – Vikings 25

I believe Cousins will post good numbers again, but I doubt this game will stay close for the whole time and I believe when push comes to shove, the Buccaneers and Bruce Arians can outplay Mike Zimmer and the VIkings.

Chiefs 34 – Dolphins 12

Tua is not ready for the best NFL team just yet. This might reduce the organization’s confidence in Tua just a little bit, but that faith can be easily restored when the Dolphins face another opponent that isn’t Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Broncos 17 – Panthers 12

We are overdue for a Broncos win. It might not be convincing, but I think Drew Lock will finally show us another flash of greatness against a Carolina defense that has seen better years. This game could totally go the complete opposite and I would not be surprised a bit, but do not be surprised if the Broncos sneak away with the win.

Texans 19 – Bears 17

The Bears will continue their long skid into the last NFC North team, and Mitch Trubisky will have a terrible game that might even make the Bears close out the season with Nick Foles. That being said, I have suspicions that the Bears defense will make things difficult for Watson and the defense and that even with Mitch Trubisky’s shortcomings this game will be close.

Cardinals 28 – Giants 10

The Giants will come down to Earth a little bit after a surprising win against Seattle the week before. I believe Kyler Murray is poised to have an absolutely stunning game and that this time next week, we will be talking about the Cardinals making a deep playoff push.

Cowboys 14 – Bengals 3

The Bengals have struggled mightily in the past few weeks, first losing Joe Burrow, then having to be stuck with Ryan Finley for the rest of the year. I believe the Bengals will hit an all time low, and that the Cowboys will finally pull away with their first win in what feels like forever.

Colts 35 – Raiders 32

I think the Raiders will be able to hang with the Colts, but in the end the Colts defense will be too strong for Derek Carr to deal with, while Phillip Rivers marches through the Raiders defense with ease.

Jets 15 – Seahawks 12

In what will turn out to be the biggest upset of the year, the Jets will pull away with their first win against the struggling Seahawks, and really expose just how bad their defense is.

Packers 41 – Lions 8

With how Aaron Rodgers is playing, the Lions have no chance at all of pulling away from this game with the win. Aaron Rodgers will pass for four touchdowns, no picks, and over 300 yards while Stafford will throw two picks and around 180 yards.

Falcons 28 – Chargers 21

The Chargers will go into the second half losing 28-0, and then come out and have Justin Herbert ALMOST pull them out of the 28 point deficit against the Falcons. Unfortunately, they will not be able to catch them, and will fall farther down in the rankings.

49ers 28 – Washington 17

I think with everyone so excited about Washington beating Pittsburgh we have forgotten as a society that Washington is not actually that good. Washington will fall to the desperate 49ers and take a hit to their NFC East division chances.

Saints 34 – Eagles 0

Jalen Hurts is a young unproven talent, and the Saints are playing out of their mind right now. I will be extremely surprised if the Eagles put up any semblance of a fight against the mighty Saints, and I fully expect the Eagles to be dead last in the NFC East.

Bills 35 – Steelers 34

This will be the game of the week, Josh Allen throwing all over the Steelers defense, and Big Ben trying to rally Chase Claypool and an abysmal running game to a win over one of the strongest AFC teams in the league. In the end, the Steelers will be down 28-35, feeling the heat, and Big Ben will drop a dime to Chase Claypool. Score 34-35. In comes the kicking team, and just like in the Titans Steelers game, a kick will decide overtime. Recently signed kicker Matthew Wright will line up to take the kick, run, KICK, AND… miss, the kick will go wide right. Steelers fall to 11-2

Browns 12 – Ravens 6

After both teams delivered good offensive performances in the past two weeks, the showdown of two AFC North rivals will be an offensive tire fire that will be an eyesore for everyone watching. The Browns will sneak away with the win and move to 10-3
