2021 NFL Draft Prospect: Kadarius Toney, WR, University of Florida

Kadarius Toney Florida Gators 2021 NFL Draft
2021 NFL Draft Prospect Kadarius Toney is a superb athlete. Toney is flying up NFL Draft boards. He looks like a beast.

I do not know how Kadarius Toney found his way out of Alabama. The Mobile, Alabama speedy wide receiver is one of the most elusive players in the 2021 NFL Draft. Toney has been one of the best wide receivers in the country, and he is helping Kyle Trask get a real push to win the Heisman Trophy.

Toney is having the best year of his career in 2020. The speedy 6’0 wide receiver has 36 receptions for 396 yards and has scored 6 times this year. He is averaging 66 yards per game and 11 per reception.

He has more receptions in 2020 than he does in the rest of his career at UF. Entering the season he had 35 receptions for 414 yards and just 2 touchdowns. Toney is a pure athlete but with size. You do not see that often. His route running is phenomenal, and his hands are great.

I watched Toney last week against Arkansas live. I was thoroughly impressed with him. He made an acrobatic catch after the ball was knocked up into the air by a defender. He is playing lights out right now, and I think his draft stock is rising.

NFL Draft Diamonds Scouting Notes

I have watched more Florida Gators football games this year than ever before, and let me tell you something, #1 Kadarius Toney is a DAWG. I am confused that he was able to get through the cracks in Alabama. I am also surprised he was not being utilized more in 2019. I would not be surprised if Toney tears up Vandy this week, and goes for 100 yards. – Damond Talbot, NFL Draft Diamonds, Owner
