3 Weekly Sleepers

  1. Damien Harris/ RB/ New England Patriots: He is the early-down back that gets to rack up yards between the 20s. Rex Burkhead is annoying because he takes all the TDs but this week Harris will face a sweetheart matchup with the Texans. The Texans have allowed 250 more rushing yards to RBs than any other team in the NFL this season. RBs are averaging 154.3 yards per game rushing and Harris should have a good chance to hit 100+ yards for the 3rd time in 4 games.
  2. Willie Snead/ WR/ Baltimore Ravens: He had 106 yards against Pittsburgh. He added 2 scores against New England. Next up the surprisingly beatable Titans. Snead seems to have the attention of Lamar Jackson at the moment over Marquise Brown. Willie Snead (14 catches on 18 targets the past 3 games) might actually be a safer play in PPR leagues, but Brown is the type of game-breaker who could really go off in this matchup.
  3. Nyheim Hines/ RB/ Indianapolis Colts: Hot and cold is the story for Hines this season. But overall the Colts backfield is a mess. The 3-headed beast that is Nyheim Hines, Jordan Wilkins and Jonathan Taylor hasn’t sorted itself out yet which is also problematic for fantasy managers. Hines has looked like the best RB over the last few weeks and he gets another green-light matchup against Green Bay.

3 Weekly Fades

  1. Drew Lock/ QB/ Denver Broncos: Lock threw multiple interceptions against the Raiders in a game he was expected to do nearly the exact opposite. Lock also appears to have gotten banged up a bit against the Raiders landing on the injury report. Next up the underrated Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins gave Jared Goff and the Rams headaches and dare I say I feel another one of those performances for the Dolphins.
  2. Ronald Jones/ RB/ Tampa Bay Buccaneers: He busted a 98-yard TD run last which helped boost his numbers but he was effective otherwise as well. Jones gets the Rams on Monday Night Football. I just think the Rams will come to play and are pretty good against the run. Also, Leonard Fournette was heavily involved in the 2 games before Jones and his bonkers day.
  3. Travis Fulgham/ WR/ Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles are getting everyone back and it took a hit last week for Fulgham’s target distribution. He has a plus matchup against Cleveland but the uncertainty in the target distribution and the up and down play of Carson Wentz make Fulgham a player to sit this week.
