NFL Draft Diamonds Scouting Notes:

Charles Williams is not talked about by many drafniks, but let me tell you something, just call him the Runnin Rebel. I think in 2020 he will break out for 1,500 plus yards and add at least 10 more touchdowns to his totals. I would like to see UNLV utilize him in the passing game. He has just 13 career receptions. NFL teams like versatile players and Williams proved he can be a gunner on Special teams, but if he can show off his hands in 2020, his stock will rise. – Damond Talbot, NFL Draft Diamonds Owner
