Vad Lee the former FCS standout and CFL quarterback of the XFL’s Team 9 recently sat down with NFL Draft Diamonds writer Justin Berendzen for this amazing interview. Play Games, Pigeon games!
4.Goal for your football career going forward?
My goal is to be able to showcase my skills and talents at the highest level for as long as I can while using my influence to impact others!
5. How was your experience in the XFL?
My experience was incredible because of the brotherhood that I established with my teammates & it was very refreshing to be able to do what I love.
6. What is your favorite dessert?
Red Velvet from Favor Desserts in Durham.
7. If you could live anywhere in the world where and why?
Africa! Rich in culture & to learn more about my roots.
8. What is your favorite movie?
Tie between: The Patriot & Glory Road.
9. Who is the most interesting teammate from anywhere you’ve played and why?
Lou Young from Georgia Tech. Dude is hilarious. Go and watch his videos!
10. Who is your favorite musical artist?
Don’t have one.
11. What is your favorite thing that the XFL did?
Allowed me an opportunity to showcase my skills and compete with some of the best!
12. If you were an animal which animal would you be and why?
I would be a Mountain Goat because they have the ability to make split decisions even when they are in tough positions. As a Quarterback, I have had to learn how to adapt in making the best decisions in extreme mountain like obstacles and to learn how to throw in any platform in the pocket.
