A University of Houston cornerback Ka’Darian Smith admitted to assaulting a 60 year old man until he was unconscious.
According to reports, Smith has been suspended indefinitely from the football program.
The elderly man told ABC13 he spent three-and-a-half days in the hospital with a broken nose, cracked ribs and bleeding in his ear canal that has affected his hearing.
Smith has been charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury. Smith is a senior cornerback from Spring, Texas. This will not help his draft stock.
