XFL Draft Pool is now up to 600 players, It could go up to 1000 players before the draft
The XFL is going to be interesting, and we are learning the Draft Pool is about to increase to 1000 players before the start of the draft. According to several sources, the XFL will likely assign a quarterback to each club by the XFL. Then the draft will be broken down into 5 phases.
- Skill Position Players
- Offensive Lineman
- Defensive Front Seven
- Defensive Backs
- Open Draft
Each team will get 90 seconds to pick via a video conference. This will be interesting to see, but one thing is for sure, a BUNCH of my kids will be playing in the XFL, and we at Draft Diamonds will do everything we can to cover the content. The first four phases will result in teams choosing 10 players each, the last phase will continue until the 71 man rosters are filled.
The draft will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday of Next week!
We are hearing the Draft Pool to 1000 will be released soon, and could be as early as tomorrow. There are a bunch of other players not listed so far, guys like Tyree Jackson and Cardale Jones could be added!
