My father and my future family.

I define success as whatever goal I set for myself and reaching that goal.

Chill, relaxed, hard-working, good all-around dude.
What are some of your personal “rules” that you never break?
If you lose my trust once you’ll never get it back, and pray and be thankful when things are good and bad.

Thakarius Keyes (CB – Tulane University – 2016-present).

Aaron Rodgers.
What is your team of choice on Madden, why?
Click random teams, because I’m pretty good at Madden and it doesn’t matter who I get just comes down to strategy and play calling.
Failure is inevitable in life. How do you handle situations that don’t go in your favor?
It’s just a test that God has put in my path to learn from it and make me stronger, you learn more from your failures than your success
Knowing what you do now, what would you go back and tell yourself as a High-School Freshman?
God has a purpose, place, provision, and an identity for you. You are at the right place where you’re supposed to be and be grateful for the path that God is taking you on. He doesn’t promise you all the wealth and riches and cars and clothes but he gave you life and it’s the best thing you can have.
What is your go-to restaurant near campus?
Bayou Hot Wings.
If your life was a book, what would its title be?
“Which Way Should I Go?”
What song or artist do you like but rarely admit to liking?
I listen to all music every genre and I’m not ashamed.
If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or deceased, who would it be and why?
My dad, I never got the chance to take my Dad out to eat or pay for his food and his drink and just chill and kick it with him.
Forty-years from now, what do you want to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered as Darnell Mooney, one of the hardest working people you know. The guy that supportive everyone regardless of any stereotype thing that has been shot at them. The guy that helped children live out their dreams and show them the ropes that you can be more than just an athlete, all though I have to add that I want to be known as one of the greatest receivers of all time. I will be known as a legendary on and off the field.
In 15 words or less, why should an NFL team invest in you?
You’ve met some people in your life that your like man that’s a genuine person and you have to make sure to keep that person in your bubble, because you don’t know what it is at the moment and you can see the special in that person. Plus that person brings the best out of you and all the things around you. I am that person! I’m the person that you have on your team that you don’t have to worry about getting anything done because its either done already or your seeing me getting it done at the moment as you think about it.
