Eastern Kentucky WR Cameron Catron recovering after getting shot in at a bar

Eastern Kentucky wide receiver was shot last month and is still recovering, but it could have been way worse. The suspect was wearing a blue shirt and had frosted dreadlocks, and is still at large.

Cameron Catron, is a redshirt sophomore wide receiver for Eastern Kentucky, and at the end of last month, Catron was the victim of a shooting outside a bar in Lexington, Kentucky.

The police report says two men were fighting outside the bar when one man ran to his vehicle to retrieve a gun.  The man then shot Catron.

Catron had to undergo two surgeries to repair the damage and remove the bullet. He is recovering and can walk short distances, but this could have been bad. The suspect is still at large.
