Florida HS football player saves a lady from a house fire
Glenwood junior varsity football player in Florida saved his neighbor after he noticed her house was on fire. Michael Johnson stepped up when he noticed his neighbor’s house was on fire. He immediately intervened to help get her out of the house safely.
The Glenwood Rattler JV football player was hanging out with a friend outside his house when he noticed smoke coming from his neighbor’s porch.
He ended up knocking on his neighbor’s door and made sure she was safe and out of the house before calling 911, per Mypanhandle.com
Firefighters arrived and helped put the fire out.
The community gave back to Michael for helping out his neighbor. They bought him a new pair of shoes, a basketball hoop, a basketball, and footballs.
