5 Insane trades that could turn 2019 Free Agency into one of the best ever

Josh Rosen headed to the Patriots makes tons of sense, and he is one of our blockbuster trades that could jump start free agency in 2019!

Every year there are some moves and trades that shake up the NFL, while yesterday was a pretty interesting day, I think the start of free agency will be a wild one too. We put together a list of five bold moves that make sense.

Nelson Agholor, WR, Philadelphia Eagles – Traded to the Indianapolis Colts for a 5th round pick number 154. Agholor returns to Frank Reich who helped him have his best season in 2017. Agholor had 768 yards receiving and 8 touchdowns under the tutelage of Reich for the Eagles. The Colts have ton of cap space and this move makes sense for both teams.

Odell Beckham Jr, WR, New York Giants – Traded to the Oakland Raiders for a 1st round pick in 2019, pick 24. The Raiders have been linked to Antonio Brown heavily and they were crushed for the trade last season giving up Amari Cooper and Khalil Mack. Well, they are about to make the largest splash in free agency, when you read the paragraph below.

Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers – Yep, you guessed it! Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock just landed two of the top wide outs in the NFL for pick 24 and pick 35 of the NFL Draft in 2019. They will keep the 4th and 27th overall pick, but add two of the best wide outs in the game. This will give Derek Carr tons of weapons, and they have the cap space to give Antonio Brown a new deal too.

Josh Rosen, QB, Arizona Cardinals – The New England Patriots land their quarterback. They give up the 32 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, to land the replacement of Tom Brady. The Cardinals end up with the first and last pick in the 2019 NFL Draft’s first round and get their guy with Kyler Murray.

Jordan Howard, RB, Chicago Bears – Bears trade Jordan Howard to the San Francisco 49ers for a sixth-round pick. The Niner add a solid running back to their running backs room. Last year they had some issues with injuries, but Howard joining Breda and McKinnon will help them out big time. I love this move and it is a solid deal.
