Tell us about your hometown, and what you love most about it?
  •     Philadelphia is my hometown and what I love the most about it is the food selection and the spirit that the sports fan have.

List these three in order of importance and why: Film Study, Strength and Conditioning and Practice?
  •     Practice and Film Study, then Strength and Conditioning. I list Practice and Film Study together as most important because practice reflects how a player will play in the game. Film Study gets you ready for your next opponent. Strength and Conditioning is second most important because when your in-season weight lifting gets slightly cut back as your already taking enough toll on your body, I think off-season training is extremely important though as well as in-season workouts.

What do you worry about, and why?
  •     I worry about the health of my family because they live in a neighborhood within Philadelphia that can sometimes be rough.

Give me an example of when you failed at something. How did you react and how did you overcome failure?
  •     I failed in the weight room during a summer camp testing. My reaction was the usual – upset, disappointed, and frustrated. I overcame this failure by working twice as hard to not only reach the point that I failed at, but to surpass it. I asked for help with technique and dieting from my strength and conditioning coach. We put the time in and I got the results I worked for.

Room, desk, and car – which do you clean first?

If there was a disaster and you could either save three strangers or one family member, which would you choose and why?
  •     In a disaster, between the choice of saving three strangers or one family member, I would save my family member. Family means too much to me to leave them in a disaster in exchange for strangers.

If you could be any television or movie character, who would you be and why?
  •     If I could be any television or movie character, I would be Black Panther because I like what he represents. Black Panther protects his community and is a man of action.

Tell me about your biggest adversity in life and how you’ve dealt with or overcome it?
