2019 NFL Draft: Ranking offensive position groups, Top five at each position

Iowa State wide receiver Hakeem Butler is my top rated wide receiver in the 2019 NFL Draft. The big bodied wide receiver I feel is the safest pick in the NFL Draft. You cannot go wrong drafting him and I feel it would be disrespectful if he didn’t go in the top 15.
