I am from Pensacola, Florida
Who is your role model, and why?
I have two role models and those are my parents because throughout all adversity they kept pushing and provided for my siblings
Who was your favorite teacher?
Mr. Hagen my high school Physics teacher
Did you play any other sports growing up?
I played soccer, baseball, and still to this day I play basketball for some extra running.
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
The toughest player I’ve faced is J.T. Barrett because he keeps defenses on their feet.
Who is the most underrated player on your team?
The most underrated player on my team is Chase Dutra.
What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?
For the biggest game in my life, I’d have to be listening to Migos – Superstars
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
I’d say Justin Houston for his ability to get around the offensive lineman and also the determination to be disruptive.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
I’d have to say the injuries because they affected both my body and mind for quite some time until I changed my mindset that I wouldn’t give in to any challenge and change how I worked.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I get a towel put it over my head and repeat the names of all my family that has sacrificed for me.
What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?
I’d say my 70y fumble recovery for a touchdown against Virginia.
What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?
Giving 2 bags full of a bunch of my gear to a homeless person in Bloomington.
Who was your favorite NFL team growing up?
My favorite NFL team growing up was the Cowboys
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
I would have Dinner with Micheal Jordan, Jay-Z and Oprah Winfrey because of their ability to make gains from nothing.
