Patriots receive a nice boost in betting odds after Wild Card Race

Just how good are the New England Patriots?  Right now it seems like they are in the driver’s seat for the Super Bowl again. Tom Brady maybe old, and his trainer may not be able to be on the sidelines, but the Patriots are not slowing down. After the Titans were able to get passed the Chiefs, and the Jaguars beat the Bills, the Patriots road became a little clearer.

While everyone is saying there is trouble in paradise with Bill Belichick, Tom Brady and Robert Kraft, betting sites seem to love the Patriots.

“After some shake ups over this Wild Card weekend, leading contenders of the AFC New England, got an added boost in the Super Bowl 52 odds. Going from 7/3 before the Wild Card round to currently an average of 9/5 odds according to sportsbettingdime.com.”

I would expect the Steelers to handle the Jaguars the second time around, and the Patriots to dominate the Titans.  If that happens, the Steelers and Patriots will face one another again.  If the Patriots can get by the winner of the Jaguars and Steelers, they should win it all.  The NFC is not that good and the number 1 seed is currently playing their back-up QB.  This could be interesting but I can understand why the odds are favoring Brady’s Pats.
