Myles Garrett says he would like to go to a place that is warm; Sorry Cleveland
The Cleveland Browns will likely have the first pick in the NFL Draft, and in my opinion they need to select the best player available. I know they are in desperate need of a quarterback, but Myles Garrett is the best player in the Draft. Well this week he was asked about the Draft and cold area cities, his response was pretty clear. He wants to go to a warm weather city.
“Doesn’t matter … but I’d like not to go anywhere cold,” Garrett told the Houston Chronicle Tuesday. “Whoever picks me up, I’m going to try and play my best for, to be the best player on the field at any given time. It doesn’t matter who picks me up, I’m going to try and be a franchise player for them.”
This is interesting, but I personally do not believe he would be crazy to hold out because of weather. Just saying….
Garrett has yet to announce if he’ll enter the draft. Underclassmen have until Jan. 16 to apply for early eligibility.
