Where do you play college football? 

University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff/ Transfer from University of Alabama at Birmingham

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field? 

The coolest thing I’ve done is go visit the nursing home and be able to put a smile on their faces because they got to meet and hangout with the football players.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

The hardest class I’ve taken is Western Civilization 2

Where are you from? 

Oxford, North Carolina

Who is your role model, and why? 

My role model is my grandfather because he is the definition of a hard worker and a humble soul. Classification means nothing to him. Black, white, tan, green he still loves everyone the same.

Did you play any other sports growing up? 

I played four sports growing up Basketball, Baseball, football, track

Did you play any other positions in football? 

I played running back and slot receiver

At your position, what separates you from others?

I am very football smart. Play recognition is my strong suit

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for tendencies and habits. They tell everything before its even done. 

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

The toughest player I’ve faced is JJ Nelson. Even thou we played together at UAB he showed me the true definition of speed, so I had to work even harder because getting burned was not an option.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why? 

I would compare myself to Troy Polamalu. He is the smartest person on the field and that is what I try to simulate.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it? 

The biggest obstacle I’ve had to deal with was leaving UAB. When they shut down the program I couldnt even think about life without football. UAB gave me a chance to fulfill a dream that was being taken away from me, but I had to carry on with life. I just kept my head high, kept working out and then I started receiving calls. Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

Before the game I call my mother. Then i walk the field listen to my music and visualize the plays Im ready to make. Then I go sit and pray to man up above. After that its time to be great. 

What is your biggest strength? 

My biggest strength is football IQ. I am a student of the game and it makes playing easy. 

What is your biggest weakness? 

My biggest weakness is flexibility. 

peaceIf I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I am the hardest working person you’ll ever meet. Each and everyday I will give everything I got. I am a great leader.I bring character like no other. Anything thats asked of me I will do and do at a high level. If you take a chance on me I will be a true asset to the organization. 

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up? 

My favorite player growing up is Troy Polamalu and my favorite team is The Steelers.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose? 

I would go to dinner with Muhammad Ali, Barack Obama, Martin Luther King

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

The first thing I would buy is a Brand new 20ft Skeeter Bass Boat
