Browns WR Andrew Hawkins takes a shot at the No Fun League when discussing his celebration

Salary Cap Carryovers have been announced for all 32 teams
NFL is all about their money. Shoot they love fining players for money as well

Yesterday, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins admitted that he was sticking it to the NFL, which has gone out of its way to punish players who dare express any emotion. After Hawkins scored a touchdown he acted as a robot, sat the ball on the ground, did an about face, and walked away as if he was Arnold in Terminator.

The NFL or the No Fun League as many fans say, are getting sick and tired of the NFL’s antics. There is no fun, and there should be.  This is entertainment, but at the same time there has to be a fine line between what they can and cannot do. I think the teams and owners need to discuss that. Bring on some former players to see what should and shouldn’t be allowed.

Hawkins talked about the dumb rules:

“Everything you do gets fined nowadays, right?” Hawkins said. “Me seeing the tape of what not to do — and I get it, rules are rules — but I thought it would be funny to do that and troll the whole situation, so that’s what I did.”
