Martavis Bryant could be lost for the entire year
Could the Pittsburgh Steelers be without Martavis Bryant for the entire year? According to Dejan Kovacevic of dkpittsburghsports.com, Martavis Bryant is “facing a season-long suspension.”
Bryant was suspended four games at the beginning of last season for a substance-abuse violation, making a year-long suspension possible after another failed test. This is a disappointing development after Steelers president Art Rooney II said keeping Bryant clean “off the field” was a priority.
Bryant will appeal the suspension but this is a huge blow.
Bryant’s suspension is related to NFL drug testing, according to a source. His agent says Bryant is appealing.
