• Bengals re-signed C T.J. Johnson. 

Bills

• Bills tendered contracts restricted free agents DE Corbin Bryant, WR Chris Hogan, and OT Jordan Mills.

Broncos

• Broncos officially placed QB Peyton Manning on the reserve/retired list. 
• Broncos extended RFA LB Brandon Marshall a second-round tender. 

Browns

• Browns re-signed LB Tank Carder. 
• Browns tendered contracts to ERFAs DL Jamie Meder and RB Raheem Mostert. 
• Browns extended RFAs DB Don Jones, OL Austin Pasztor, WR Terrelle Pryor and LB Scott Solomon tenders. 

Colts

• Colts released QB Josh Freeman. 

Cowboys

• Cowboys extended a second-round tender to RFA G Ronald Leary. 
• Cowboys extended a low-round tender to RF S Jeff Heath.
