Lions are now the favorites to land Seahawks offensive tackle Russell Okung. According to Mike Silver, the agent-less Okung had a productive meeting with the Lions and could sign with them soon.
Okung isn’t a sure thing. He’s struggled the past few years with injuries. He underwent a shoulder procedure earlier this past year, making his physical possibly the most vital part of this process.
Okung started 13 games at left tackle for the Seahawks this past season. He finished 31st among all tackles with a 72.1 grade out of 100 from Pro Football Focus.
