Browns are working out former Towson University football player Randall Harris. Harris is a 6-3, 296-pound rookie out of Towson. He started at both guard and tackle and earned all-conference honors, while blocking for Browns former third-round pick Terrance West.

Harris has already had a short stint with the Browns, so this may mean he is in the process of returning to their practice squad or roster.  This news was first reported by Aaron Wilson on Twitter.
