The Oakland Raiders have waived LB Ray-Ray Armstrong, the club announced Tuesday.

Ray Ray Armstrong was a very solid player for the Raiders. The former Miami Hurricane safety sat out his senior year after transferring to Faulkner. Armstrong seems like an amazing fit for the Buffalo Bills defense. The might want to put in a claim for him.
