Broncos QB Peyton Manning has a torn plantar fascia in his right foot

Peyton Manning is proving to the POTUS what a leader is supposed to do
Peyton Manning’s injury could be the last of him in the NFL.

Could Peyton Manning’s career be over?  The Broncos quarterback looked horrible yesterday, and while it is no excuse for his play, the 39 year old does in fact have an injury that he was battling through.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Broncos QB Peyton Manning has a torn plantar fascia in right foot. According to Schefter, Manning was battling plantar fasciitis during Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs, which worsened throughout the game. Schefter adds that Manning has a partial tear, which is more painful to play through.

Manning could play going forward, but it will be extremely painful. His old body does not heal like the old Manning. Taking that into account, it will be interesting to see what happens from here.
