Steve Weatherford tweets a Thank You to the Jets for an opportunity
Punter Steve Weatherford was called at the last minute to go to New York and join the Jets, because their punter Ryan Quigley was injured and could not go last week.
They signed Weatherford without even working him out, and he did a great job. Now it sounds like the Jets have let him go.
This morning he tweeted thank you to the Jets organization.
