Chiefs sign WR Kenny Cook to their practice squad; Cut Fred Williams
In a somewhat surprising move Thursday, the Chiefs released receiver Fred Williams from the practice squad and replaced him with undrafted rookie Kenny Cook. 
Cook has a much higher ceiling then Williams, but Williams had an amazing preseason this year.
