Bills promote running back Cierre Wood; Release Andre Fluellen
Bills have promoted running back Cierre Wood to their active roster and released defensive tackle Andre Fluellen. 
This move is obviously in response to the news that RB LeSean McCoy will not suit up for their Week 4 match up.
The Bills will have three active running backs this week including Karlos Williams, Boobie Dixon and Wood.
