Titans sign center Dillon Farrell to their practice squad; Release TE Tevin Westbrook
Today the Tennessee Titans signed former San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Dillon Farrell to their practice squad. 
In a corresponding move the team released tight end Tevin Westbrook.
