Raiders worked out safety Bernard Pollard
Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Raiders recently worked out veteran S Bernard Pollard after they placed S Nate Allen on injured reserve with the designation to return.
Oakland placed safety Nate Allen on short-term injured reserve Tuesday with a torn ACL.
Pollard recorded 27 tackles and a sack in five games with the Tennessee Titans last season, but was released by the organization in March.
