Cowboys sign OT Charles Brown; Waive Jordan Mills
The Dallas Cowboys have signed veteran OT Charles Brown to a contract on Monday, according to Adam Caplan. Dallas also placed OT Jordan Mills on waivers.
Mills was claimed off the waivers last week from the Bears. The Cowboys worked out Charles Brown before signing Mills.
