Bills RB LeSean McCoy says DeMarco Murray is not one of the best backs
The Buffalo Bills feel they landed one of the best running backs in the NFL game when they traded for LeSean McCoy, and it looks like Rex Ryan says McCoy is ready to roll week one.
They traded linebacker Kiko Alonso to Philadelphia for McCoy and then gave McCoy a new five-year contract with over $26 million in guaranteed money. The Eagles moved on in the backfield by signing DeMarco Murray and Ryan Mathews as free agents.
McCoy said to GQ, that the Eagles did not improve their backfield.
“I think Murray’s good,” McCoy says. “But I don’t see him as competition as far as the best backs. I like my game a lot.”
