Three Saints defenders were injured early; Including Brandon Browner
The Saints lost three defenders early against the Baltimore Ravens.
Cornerback Brandon Browner was carted off the field after an apparent leg injury on a goal-line play on the first series of the game. Browner was hit in the leg by teammate Hau’oli Kikaha, who was diving to make a tackle on fourth-and-goal at the 1 on Baltimore’s opening drive.
Linebacker Dannell Ellerbe was injured the previous play but walked off of his own accord before going to the locker room. Delvin Breaux was also injured.
