Buffalo Bills release veteran running back Fred Jackson
Today the Buffalo Bills released the heart and soul of the locker room. According to Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News, Fred Jackson was released by the Bills.
Ian Rapoport reports that the Bills did not ask Jackson to take a pay cut to be back with the team, and instead released him outright.
Rex Ryan loved Fred Jackson, but I think the Bills released the 34 year old back because they know one of the teams could use him. I would not be surprised to see him get picked up by the Dallas Cowboys.
