Bears make it official and sign WR Jeremy Kelley; Waive LB DeDe Lattimore
The Chicago Bears have officially signed WR Jeremy Kelley to a one-year contract and placed LB DeDe Lattimore on waivers Saturday. Kelley was a small school wide out who played for Maine. Over the past several years Kelley the Western New York native has bounced around from the CFL, to AFL and back to the NFL. Kelley is a big target and beat out both Ricky Collins and John Harris for this spot.
Lattimore, 24, signed a two-year contract extension with the Bears back in January. Chicago signed Lattimore as an undrafted free agent out of South Florida back in May of last year.
