Chargers have signed former Tulsa cornerback Lowell Rose; Release O-Lineman

San Diego Chargers have signed former Tulsa cornerback Lowell Rose. In a corresponding move the team released offensive tackle Cameron Botticelli.

Botticelli played at the University of Minnesota and will hit the waiver wire.
