Raiders QB Derek Carr will not require surgery on his hand
Derek Carr’s agent called reports that the Raiders’ quarterback will need surgery on his injured right ring finger a “nonstory”. Tim Younger said he os just taking extreme caution. 
“It’s a very minor situation,” Tim Younger said Wednesday. “I think he’s probably going to be throwing before the end of” offseason team activities.
