New York Jets offensive coordinator says Geno Smith will be their quarterback
The New York Jets traded for Ryan Fitzpatrick who rejoined his former head coach Chan Gailey in the Big Apple. The problem is, his former head coach says he will not be the starter. Instead, Gailey said today the likely starter will be Geno Smith.

I cannot say I agree with the move, but I get what the Jets want to do. They placed tons of talent around Smith and hope he can get it done. We shall see, because Chan Gailey once led a team by Jay Fiedler to the playoffs. So anything is possible in Gailey’s offense.
