Today the Washington Redskins are hosting former Raiders safety Tyvon Branch. Branch was released earlier this week. The Redskins have already stated they are not bringing back Brandon Merriweather, so Branch could be a great replacement. Branch is still young, and a hard hitter.

For those wondering, Tyvon Branch did get into town last night despite the bad weather and is at #Redskins park today. as expected.
Branch was a fourth round draft pick in the 2008 NFL draft from the University of UConn.
